    A Fort Drum woman and her two young children were hospitalized but avoided injury Monday afternoon after being involved in a crash at a traffic light in Ontario County that had lost power. Ontario County sheriff's deputies said Alexia Ramirez, 23, of Livingston Way, Fort Drum was traveling east in a 2015 Dodge Caravan at 1:28 p.m. Monday in the town of Phelps when she was struck by a 2004 Volkswagen sedan driven by Alexander Hunter, 17, of Penn Yann.

She and Norman were married When they weren't camping in the Adirondacks during summer, Betty and her family were at their lakeside cottage in Three Mile Bay, working on its transformation into an eventual retirement abode; they also enjoyed boating, fishing and waterskiing.
