    Riverside will spend nearly $7.8 million on a final round of street repaving, wrapping up an effort that has resurfaced more than 100 miles of roadway since 2012. The City Council on Tuesday hired Corona-based All American Asphalt for the work, which will include repaving 5.2 miles of local and arterial streets, topping 15.8 miles of streets with an asphalt-rubber coating or slurry seal, and fixing broken curbs, gutters, sidewalks and ramps.
