    A 28-year-old Spotsylvania man has been arrested in connection to a road rage-related shooting that happened in York County on Saturday, June 4. At 8:50 p.m. that night, a vehicle pulled up next to a deputy parked at Fire Station 5 on Newman Road. The occupants of the vehicle told the deputy that there were two people in the vehicle that had been shot by an unknown person during a possible road rage incident.

    Just before 9 o'clock on Saturday evening a deputy was parked at Fire Station 5 on Newman Road and a vehicle pulled up to him and the occupants had gun shot wounds, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office. They said the incident began on Richmond Road near the Route 199 on ramp and the shooting occurred on the 199 overpass near the Morris town Road exit.
