Thursday, Special Agent in Charge Adam S. Lee of the Richmond Division of the FBI, and top law enforcement officials from the counties of Henrico, Hanover, Arlington, and Prince William; and the cities of Fredericksburg, Williamsburg and Hampton, announced the joint effort.
