The Blade reports that Toledo law director Adam Loukx told the correctional facility's financial overview committee that Toledo doesn't have the money in its budget pay its part of the jail's operating cost, due Oct. 1. The bill is based on the 228 beds Toledo has reserved at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio in Stryker.
