The Midcoast concert will take place Tuesday, Aug. 2, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ocean View Grange Hall, 435 Port Clyde Road/Route 131, Martinsville; tickets are $25, free for those younger than 21. The varied program includes a world premiere commissioned by the DaPonte String Quartet and/or works by Bach, Beethoven and Mendelssohn.
