    Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police have identified the second suspect and charged him in shootings at two city parks, including one in which a window in the Bull Street Library was struck. Troy Shanta Young, 22, was served Wednesday with four warrants drawn by Metro Violent Crimes detectives while he was in the Chatham County Detention Center on other charges.

    A JetBlue Airways pilot who scared passengers by yelling about Jesus and al-Qaida during a 2012 trip from New York to Las Vegas sued the airline for more than $16 million Friday, saying it jeopardized the flight by failing to recognize he was ill. Clayton Osbon's lawsuit in Manhattan federal court was filed exactly three years after his March 27, 2012, flight, hours before the statute of limitations would have expired.

    Four suspects were charged on Thursday with three shots fired cases, including incidents that occurred in two city parks in January. The incidents included a shooting on Jan. 29 in Wells park, shots fired on Jan. 30 in Thomas Park that hit a library, shots fired in the Cuyler Brownsville area on Thursday afternoon and shots fired on Thursday night.
