Pettijohn, 32, of Richland, was arraigned on Oct. 14 before Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long on a Class C felony charge of receiving stolen property accusing him of disposing of copper wire and pipe on Oct. 8 with the purpose of depriving the owner of his property, having previously pleaded guilty to Class C felony stealing on Nov. 2, 2004, in Camden County Circuit Court for a May 15 incident. Judge Long scheduled the case for advice of counsel on Oct. 26, ordered him to personally appear, and set his bond at $25,000.
