    In a media release, issued by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, at 9:18 a.m., the Sheriff's Department Emergency Dispatch Center in Rialto received a report of the kidnapping of a 14-year old female occurring at the Mary Putnam Henck Middle School located on Rhine Road, Lake Arrowhead. Based on the report, every available deputy from the Twin Peaks Sheriff's Station, along with assistance from the California Highway Patrol, deputies from the Big Bear Sheriff's Station, the San Bernardino City Police Department and the Sheriff's helicopter, 40-King, started responding to the call.
