Center St., will be able to attend in Reno.

    At 3:48 p.m., Che Daniel Brower, 23, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and jas an ex-felon in possession of a firearm as well as paraphernalia and possession of prescription drugs after he was stopped by the Special Enforcement Tram in the area of East William and Roop streets. A search of his vehicle revealed drug paraphernalia and what the arrest report said was heroin.
