    The Plymouth County Sheriffs Office said just one week after a semi was torn in half after being struck by a train in LeMars, a second incident happened, in Remsen, shortly before noon Friday, on Highway 3. According to the accident report, the semi ran into the passing train, then tipped over into the ditch, after skidding around 100 feet. The semi driver had to be extricated from the truck, and was taken to the LeMars Hospital.
