Following months of deliberation on how city regulations might intersect with the state law legalizing recreational use of marijuana, on Monday the Redwood City Council and San Carlos City Council are expected to introduce ordinances limiting retail marijuana stores in both cities and defining rules by which delivery, distribution, cultivation and other uses will be regulated.
