    A 41-year-old Redlands man was arrested Friday, Oct. 19, on suspicion of stabbing to death a man after a verbal altercation on Oct. 13. Raymond Silva Ruiz was arrested on suspicion of murder in the death of 38-year-old Moises Belmontes during a traffic stop. Belmontes' body was found around 4:45 a.m. on the sidewalk in the 1200 block of Alta Street, police said.
