    Six employees of a mental health facility in Livonia are facing charges in connection with the alleged abuse and cover-up of injuries suffered by three patients. The patients, a 26-year-old Redford man, a 51-year-old Dearborn Heights man and a 48-year-old Romulus man, were receiving psychiatric treatment at Livonia Community Outreach for Psychiatric Emergencies, a facility operated by Hegira Programs at 33505 Schoolcraft.
