    Red Oak police arrested a man Thursday in connection with a fatal hit-and-run on May 22 after they received a tip from a local resident that led police to the suspect. Police say Chase Crary, 44, of Ferris struck 47-year-old Betsy Sue McClelland with his truck shortly after midnight May 22 while she was walking in the 200 block of East Ovilla Road.
