    Red Bluff >> Former Tehama County employee Sandy Thomas was sentenced to six months in jail and three years of probation Tuesday by visiting Judge Thomas Warner after pleading guilt to two counts of embezzlement of public funds. Warner sentenced Thomas to three years of formal probation, 180 days in Tehama County Jail and 80 hours of community service along with repayment of $15,869.18 in restitution, which was presented to Tehama County District Attorney Gregg Cohen in a check to be delivered to Tehama County.
