Police responded around 5 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a fight between two men and found Rogelio McDarment, 33, unresponsive on the ground.

    The Red Bluff Police Department on Wednesday identified Shae Danilla Smith as the 18-year-old woman who was hit and killed Tuesday on Antelope Boulevard by a motorist suspected of driving under the influence. About 10:30 a.m. Smith and another pedestrian, Travis Burke, 20, were standing on the shoulder of Antelope Boulevard across from the Tehama District Fairground when an eastbound driver reportedly veered off the road, striking both Smith and Burke, according to Red Bluff police.
