    Red Bluff >> The Red Bluff Police Department is seeking information to assist in identifying a woman hit and killed by a train about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at the railroad overcrossing of South Main Street. Officers were sent out after Union Pacific contacted the department to inform them a train had hit a pedestrian on the trestle.

Delaney Thau of Bidwell finished second, Alexys Hayton of Country Day finished third, and fourth place was Avery Odell of Bidwell.

    The man stabbed to death Sunday in a Red Bluff homeless camp has been identified as Harvey Guy McGlothin, 39. McGlothin, originally from Oregon, was deceased when Tehama County deputies responded to the camp in Sand Slough, east of the Sacramento River. Upon completion of McGlothin's autopsy the cause of death was determined to be multiple stab wounds, according to an updated press release issued Thursday by the Tehama County Sheriff's Office.
