    An unrestrained Rayville man was killed Saturday night in a single vehicle accident on Louisiana Highway 609, one mile south of Interstate 20. Around 8:15 Saturday night, 77-year old Collie Hutto was driving a 2004 Buick Century North on Highway 609, when the vehicle ran off the road, struck a culvert and overturned. Hutto was not wearing a seatbelt, and was partially ejected from the vehicle.
