    Rakeem Deqwan "Rockee" Newman, 20, of Charles Town, is charged with one count of first-degree murder and Tayjuhn Coble, 18, of Ranson is charged with one count of principal in the second-degree and accessory before the fact in the death of 21-year-old Ryan Mumaw. Magistrate Gail Boober found probable cause to bind the cases over to circuit court for possible presentation to a grand jury after hearing testimony by Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Deputy investigator Scott Demory during Wednesday's preliminary hearing.
