    City officials have made plans to remember longtime Mayor Dave Hamill who died Friday after a yearlong battle with cancer. Hamill will lie in repose in city council chambers at Ranson City Hall Tuesday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Hamill's funeral is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Asbury United Methodist Church.
