    A Superior Court judge has rejected a plea agreement for a man accused of stalking his ex-wife and violating a restraining order numerous times, calling the recommended 180-day jail sentence "woefully insufficient." Judge Robert Reed said he had concerns over the length of the sentence, as well as Robert Jurgensen 's perceived attempts to minimize the severity of the offenses, leading him to conclude the plea was "inconsistent with the interest of justice."
