    The MBTA is reporting delays on the Providence commuter rail line, while drivers on the Southeast Expressway were facing yet another slow ride into Boston as the work week began Monday around 6:40 a.m. South of Boston, accidents were reported on Route 24 northbound in Randolph near the interchange with Route 128 and also in Canton on Interstate 95 near the interchange with Route 128, according to Total Traffic & Weather Network. North of Boston, commuters on Interstate 93 were facing a decent drive into Boston, with the trip from Winn Street interchange in Burlington to the Cambridge Street interchange in Somerville taking about 21 minutes around 6:40 a.m., according to MassDOT.
