    A Whittier police officer is set to be arraigned Tuesday on charges that he molested two girls in San Bernardino County. Officer Francisco "Frank" Igros of Rancho Cucamonga, 54, is facing two counts of oral copulation or sexual penetration of a child 10 years old or younger and four counts of lewd acts with a child under the age of 14. Detectives with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department were notified last week by the Whittier Police Department of a sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl that occurred in Rancho Cucamonga in April, according to a sheriff's department release.
