Diego Martinez, 51, was convicted in April by a jury in a Rancho Cucamonga courthouse of one count of sexual intercourse or sodomy with a child 10 years old or younger and two counts of forcible lewd act upon a child, according to a San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office news release.
