    The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announces that work to replace a railroad crossing on Route 346 in Foster Township is scheduled to begin Monday, August 17. A contractor working for the Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad will be replacing a double track railroad surface from Monday, August 17 through Thursday, August 20. The area in and around the crossing will be closed and an official detour will be in effect. The detour will direct drivers to Bolivar Drive, Seward Avenue, Kendall Avenue, and East Main Street.
