    A student at Hoke County High School filed a sexual assault report with a school resource officer on April 13, and authorities on Wednesday charged Deandre Lemaris Spivey-McLean, 17, of 218 Leisure Trail in Raeford, and JeSean Deondre McPhaul, 19, of 170 Purvis Court in Raeford. The girl said Spivey-McLean threatened to post sexually explicit material of her to social media if she did not perform sexual acts on him and several other males.
