    Tony Clemons, of Clarkson, was injured in an accident that occured on Peonia Wednesday after his tractor was struck by a Jeep. The Grayson County Sheriff's Office , Clarkson Police, Clarkson Fire Department and Grayson County EMS were dispatched to the scene of an injury accident on HWY 88, involving a vehicle and a tractor at around 3:00 p.m. on June 6. According to GCSO Deputy Taylor Logsdon, Jessica Chavez, 30, of Radcliff, was travelling north in a silver Jeep that collided with an older model red tractor, driven by Tony Clemons, 51, of Clarkson, at the 4500 block of Peonia Road in Clarkson.

    A jury trial has been set for 33-year-old Billy P. Embry-Martin, the Elizabethtown foster parent accused of the murder of a 4-year-old from Caneyville, who was in his care at the time of his death. During a pre-trial conference held on Tuesday, March 20, Embry-Martin's jury trial was scheduled to begin on Dec. 3, 2018 in Hardin Circuit Court, at which time he will be tried for the murder of Hunter R. Payton, whom was originally from Caneyville and was 4 years old at the time of his death.

    An Elizabethtown foster parent indicted for the murder of a Caneyville child in his care has since pleaded not guilty to the charge. 33-year-old Billy P. Embry-Martin, of Elizabethtown, KY, was indicted on Thursday, Jan. 25 by the Hardin County Grand Jury for the charge of murder in relation to the death of Hunter R. Payton, whom was originally from Caneyville and was 4 years old at the time of his death.
