    Ann Beatty, 64, of Rochester, was driving north in a 2016 Subaru Outback on U.S. Highway 52 and stopped near the 19th Street overpass due to backed up traffic from the 37th Street exit. While waiting, her car was struck from behind by a 2015 Nissan Altima driven by Pamela Johnson, 56, of Racine, according to a report from the Minnesota State Patrol.

Meindert Zylstra was born in Suawoude, a province of Friesland, the Netherlands, on March, 24, 1925. He grew up helping on his father's farm, milking cows, pole vaulting over canals and tipping over outhouses.
