    A charge of tampering/fabricating physical evidence was dismissed on Jan. 22 for Thomas Wayne Liles Jr. Liles was first arrested for the crime in July 2014 at the Dogwood Villa Apartment complex in Quitman, where toddlers Natalye Price, 1, and Gabriella Guerrero, 3, were found dead. Their mother Daphne McDaniels, has been charged with capital murder.

    The boyfriend of a Quitman mother accused of killing her young daughters is again behind bars, and this time a judge says he will stay there. Thomas Wayne Liles Jr. was arrested for the fourth time on Oct 8. A Wood County judge issued an order of non-release for Liles on Oct 13. Liles was first arrested July 2014 and charged with tampering with physical evidence at the Dogwood Villa Apartment complex in Quitman, where toddlers Natalye Price, 1, and Gabriella Guerrero, 3, were found dead.

The Clarion-Ledger reports that Chester Brad Williams of Meridian and taxidermist David Lucas Wimberly of Quitman face other penalties.
