    Address: 126 E Howard St Quincy, Massachusetts Building's clearly abandoned and mostly boarded up, but the main entrance hasn't had all of its glass broken in yet. The way the upper floors look, seems like it was abandoned a long time ago, but from the first few floors it looks like a fresh closure.
