    A Quaker City area resident accused of burning down a 150-year-old barn near Piedmont Lake with the help of a co-defendant was sentenced Thursday in the Belmont County Common Pleas Court. Joseph Dale David Brown, 26, a Leatherwood Road resident, was sentenced to six months in the Belmont County Jail and six months at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center in Wintersville for his role in the arson incident.
