Thursday at 4:40 p.m. Ilya Chernykh, 18, of Philipsburg was driving a 2005 BMW 330Xi north on SR-350 in Rush Township when his vehicle rear-ended a 2013 Kia Optima operated by Sara Bell, 74, of Philipsburg who was stopped for traffic. The Kia then struck the rear of a 2000 Subaru Legacy operated by Timothy Cowfer, 47, of Houtzdale, which in turn struck the rear of a 2015 Dodge Caravan operated by Charles Swenson, 73, of Clearfield.
