    Suspects Thomas Fenstermaker, 40, Kimberly Fenstermaker, 22, and Leanne Clark, 36, all of Delancey, Pa., allegedly encouraged a one-year-old to smoke marijuana from a glass pipe. It is bad enough that the Jefferson County trio is accused of engaging in drug-related activity in front of three young victims -- a 15-year-old, a six-month old, and a one-year-old, according to State Police based in Punxsutawney, Pa.
