    James Zane Stewart, 58, was charged by DuBois City police with felony counts of terroristic threats and aggravated harassment by prisoner after an incident at Martin's on Nov. 9. According to the affidavit of probable cause, a caller later identified as Stewart asked an employee of the pharmacy to fill prescriptions for a generic form of Dopaquel and Seroquel. He said another pharmacy in Punxsutawney had refused to fill it for him.

    A Jefferson County man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly used a cellular phone to access a woman's accounts and order sex toys and thousands of dollars worth of shirts with crude statements on them. Court documents indicate that the Punxsutawney-based State Police filed criminal charges against 25-year-old Daniel F Smith Jr. of Punxsutawney on August 21. According to a criminal complaint, around 7:30 a.m. on June 6, Trooper Mosier of the Punxsutawney-based State Police spoke with a known victim who stated that a man she had formerly dated, Daniel Smith , used a cellular phone to access various accounts without her permission.
