    The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office has closed the Arkansas River from Runyon Lake all the way to the eastern county line. The closure follows a decision by Colorado Parks and Wildlife to restrict access to a one-mile stretch of the river from the Pueblo Reservoir dam to Pueblo Blvd. "The water is flowing so fast that it is hazardous," said Pueblo County Sheriff Kirk Taylor, "Also, the recent flooding left heavy debris behind that these high water levels hide."
