Tobin, 77, of Collinsville, was pronounced dead at 6:25 p.m. at a Pryor hospital from injuries suffered about 5:30 p.m. in the accident on State Highway 82 about 6 miles northeast of Salina in Mayes County.

The vehicle left the road to avoid debris in the roadway and struck a pickup as it re-entered the road, causing both vehicles to leave the road and the pickup to roll, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
