According to the Glocester Police Department, David Jutras, of Foster, R.I., crashed his motorcycle on Chesnut Hill Road on Friday around 11:34 p.m. When officers arrived on scene, it was noted Jutras and his 16-year-old passenger showed signs of intoxication, but police said Jutras refused to submit to a chemical test.
