    A 22-year-old Prosperity man has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact with a minor, according to the Newberry County Sheriff's Office. Foster said that the parents of the victim, who is under the age of 15, found a cell phone that Gregerson had provided to the victim so he could contact her.
