    Hidalgo County Precinct 1 continues to operate out of Weslaco City Hall and the Progreso Community Resource Center following severe weather that left the Precinct 1 office flooded with about one foot of water last month. The Weslaco City Commission on Tuesday approved an interlocal agreement with Precinct 1, allowing the county to use city property until the end of this year.
