    A former youth volunteer at a Bluefield church has been sentenced to 15 to 35 years in prison after pleading guilty to sexually abusing children.     Authorities have arrested a fugitive from California accused of assaulting two people and killing one of them in Mercer County, West Virginia. West Virginia State Police in Princeton tell news outlets that officials arrested 42-year-old Orlando Davis on Saturday on charges of murder, malicious assault and robbery.
