    Though all supervisors agreed it would be great to have a facility to train firefighters on multiple scenario operations that could also serve as a building to help prepare police on active shooter and other tactics, members of the Board said there just isn't funding for it now. In a 3-2 vote, the Board of Supervisors denied accepting a $450,000 grant that the Fire and EMS department had been awarded by the state to help fund construction of such a facility.
