In addition to Prestonsburg, Powell County and Knott County Central will compete in the preseason event. Prestonsburg is still working to finalize a fourth team for the scrimmage, which will get underway at 6 p.m. Veteran Prestonsburg head coach John DeRossett and members of his coaching staff will welcome players to preseason practice at the conclusion of the Kentucky High School Athletic Association's Dead Period in July.

When he was informed that they did not have Roxicodone he demanded Percocet and Hydrocodone.
