    Nature lovers, hikers, and frugal taxpayers, will all likely endorse the Prescott Valley Town Council's unanimous decision on Thursday, Feb. 11, to allocate just over $106,000 from a special fund to help complete the Glassford Hill trail expected to open in May. The council voted unanimously to use the last of the money from an account established more than a decade ago with Northcentral University to build a 25-car parking lot at the entry to the trail located off Castle Drive. Deputy Town Manager Ryan Judy explained the parking lot engineering work as well as improvements to Castle Drive are expected to cost about $60,000.
