Phoenix Police and the U.S. Marshals Service, tracking a victim's credit card transactions, found Jerry Lee Wells, 51, in a Phoenix hotel in the 8100 block of N. Black Canyon Highway about 10:15 p.m. Friday and arrested him without incident.

The woman was crossing at about 9 a.m. in a marked crosswalk when a Prescott Valley man driving a pickup truck turned left from Centre Court, south of Fry's, and hit her, Officer Jeremy Whisenand said.
