"All scheduled shows and events will go on and the staff continues to book new events for the balance of 2015 and into 2016," management wrote in a news release issued Friday. They said the move will "bring stability and sustainability to the operations of the Prescott Valley Events Center" and is the result of months of planning.

Denman, an honors student, played for the Prescott Blackhawks, a Club soccer team, the past two years and will be competing for the Scottsdale Blackhawks Club team in 2016.
