    POUGHKEEPSIE, New York The Marist women's tennis team begin the pursuit of the program's fifth Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference title and first in two seasons as the Red Foxes resume conference play with a match against the Siena Saints, Friday, April 1st at 2 p.m. The Red Foxes head into conference play after a tough slate of games against non-conference opposition. The team traveled from January 31st to now, April 1st and have yet to have a home game after playing 13 road games in a row in the spring portion of their schedule.

The contest will be the back end of a Marist Lacrosse doubleheader as the men will host Canisius at 12 p.m. Saturday's women's game will mark the second straight season the Gaels and Red Foxes will meet in their conference opener. Marist was originally scheduled to face Denver on March 23 to conclude its western road trip for spring break, but the contest was canceled due to blizzard conditions in the area.
