    A swarm of police officers from Lower and West Pottsgrove townships and Pennsylvania state constables joined the Pottstown Police Department in conducting a summary warrant sweep, in which 29 people were "rounded up" on a variety of charges or for outstanding citations, the borough force reported Wednesday on its Facebook page . Of those the sweep teams encountered, "at least three" were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Eagleville PA because they were unable to pay fines, Pottstown police said.
