    After reading "Congdon Hall Work Begins This Fall" in the July 1-7 issue of North Country This Week, about Clarkson building 72 apartments downtown, I thought about all the housing that has been added to Potsdam over the past few years. Clarkson has added a third story to some of there dorms, they are building houses for fraternities and sororities on their hill campus, and I have heard there are plans to build more student housing in the future.
