    One out-of-town resident is facing a first degree felony indictment according to records released by the district courts office, after the San Patricio County Grand Jury met June 12 and 26, and July 2 and 17. Police reports state that Loa Leilani Daws, 38, of Sabinal sold narcotics to an undercover deputy on Dec. 7, 2016, in Portland, then again on April 5, 2017. Daws was charged with manufacture and delivery of 400 or more grams of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2 and her bond was set at $40,000.
