Wilson Pelot of Southeast Portland is back hiking with his family, but can't shake persistent thoughts of dying and is at risk for future medical complications because of the injuries he suffered on Jan. 19, 2014, according to an amended version of his lawsuit filed last month in Marion County Circuit Court.
