    According to Chautauqua County sheriff's deputies, at approximately 11:13 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a reported fight at 64 Central Ave. Earlier, three subjects had arrived at this residence and subsequently got into an altercation with two residents living at the residence. Deputies say Lamar Jontill Matthews, 35, of Portland and Shane T. Wynn-Hopkins, 39, of Meadville, Pennsylvania, fled from the residence after the shooting and were subsequently located in the village of Westfield, and subsequently arrested for the aforementioned charges.
